The property is 1500 m² in size and is an oasis of peace with the private terrace, the 2 seats, the loungers, the pergola and the beautiful pool with roof. The pool roof can be closed at the push of a button in the cooler season, keeping the water around 7 degrees warmer.
Everything in the holiday home is on one level, you don't have to climb any stairs. The house has 3 comfortably furnished bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. A small anteroom houses the washing machine. You can also access the garden directly through the kitchen. There is also a small seating area in front of the front door. So you can always take advantage of every bit of sun (or even look for the shade) and find a table with chairs everywhere. You can park directly on the property.
